Vermont Woodshop & Forest Tours: The Vermont Forest Heritage Trail is a highway-based, regionally-themed itinerary and driving tour that provides diverse forest-product-related experiences for visitors and residents alike. Using publications and a website to guide guests, the Trail welcomes folks to visit showrooms and woodworking studios, tour factories and sawmills, or walk through working forests.
The VWMA received the 2007 Governor's Award for Tourism Marketing Excellence at the Vermont Travel Industry Conference for the Vermont Forest Heritage Trail project. |

The Green Guide Spec was created to assist architects, designers, specifiers, facility managers, green builders, Vermont wood product manufacturers, fabricators, and communities interested in supporting third-party certified, Vermont forest products. |

Art Fits Vermont: Art Fits Vermont is the Vermont Arts Council's statewide community arts project that was launched in April 2008. 60,000 Vermonters have created their own puzzles art using wood and paper puzzle pieces. The wood pieces are 15"x15" oak laminate produced by the Vermont Wood Manufacturers Association.
